You can import contacts by yourself for free, at any time. But if you have extensive client history in a program like PTBiz, ExecuKey or PTools, we can convert all of it into PianoScheduler for you - including your notes and appointment history. This high-speed conversion can usually be completed within 48 hours, and one of our technicians will work with you to complete the process.
